Shakespeare’s Big Birthday Bash

Celebrate William Shakespeare’s birthday in a FREE Tudor themed family event at St George’s Guildhall.

From 11am to 3pm take part in fun activities and attend exciting workshops.

• Test your aim on the archery range with Grey Goose Archery.
• Meet birds of prey with the team from The Animal Experience.
• Watch a live theatre show by Time Will Tell.
• Meet Queen Elizabeth I and learn how to greet a monarch.
• Listen to live Tudor music.
• Try your hand at Tudor games.
• Get creative and make a variety of crafts to take home.
• Explore the site with the Shakespeare’s stage-keeper scramble family trail.
• Immerse yourselves in folklore with the Collusion Team.

Drinks and light snacks available to purchase at the pop-up bar in the Red Barn.

This is a drop-in event, no need to book just turn up on the day.
